at 2:09 that ride was in this maaaasive fair in france but it goes like 20X faster and goes backwards like that one its called sexy dancing, that fair i went to gets 250,000 people every night

Wind Surf and Hard Rock are owned by Bruce Perelman of Caprice Enterprises. Magnum is owned by Michael Wood. Even though Butler brought the majority of the rides for the Cal Expo, some rides were brought in by independent owners and other carnival companies.

Sometimes at larger fairs, if a single company can't provide all the rides, they would book independent owners along with other carnival companies. Even though the Cal Expo was mostly provided by Butler, I think it might be independent since other companies provide for that fair.
