She tries her best to speak in English and trying to communicate. Whats wrong with it? English is not our mother tongue.Even those good eng speaking malayalees having poor accent. So what is shame on her English.

Excessive criticism is only an expression of vendetta against this elected official. Foreign leaders visiting Kerala rarely ever speak Malayalam. Does various political leaders, entertainers, sportsmen or bureaucrats, from outside Kerala for example Prakash Karat, LK Advani, Sonia Gandhi, Rahul Gandhi, Dr Manmohan Singh, Mr Chidambaram or Shah Rukh Khan ever speak Malayalam? Let us not impose upon ourselves the need to know English just because foreigners colonized us until some years ago.

Why do you wanted to compare Kerala with Karnataka? See the condition of WB where communists are ruling without any break for the last few decades. Had EMS or communists ruled Kerala like that Kerala would have became another WB. Why do you wanted to work at Bangalore? Why not getting a job in Kerala? No surprise, Our state does not get any thing from the central budgetary allocation. The people in New Delhi may not be understanding what these ministers from the southern most state are talking.
