DC by Foot: The Hotel Harrington, Washington DC

Stayed there when I was in 5th grade in March 1980 when the entire 5th grade took the field trip to Washington, D.C. Unfortunately doesn't look like its changed much.

We are going to stay in the Hotel Harrington in October this year- Is it any good??? From Rhys Thomas- South Wales, UK.

I stayed there for a week this march. It's old, but very clean, and in an outstanding location - you can walk to most tourist sites. It is a block from a metro (subway) station should you want to go to places farther out, like ARlington National Cemetery, etc.
