Motomu Toriyama needs to get fired. Seriously he has single handily ruined Parasite Eve thanks to his shitty ass storytelling in The Third Birthday and just what the hell happend to Aya Brea's character?? he turned her into a freaking stereotype.

Chris Redfield has tons of experience with bio hazard incidents while Aya Brea has mitochondria powers. If you'd like a match up between PE vs RE, then Aya vs Wesker would be more fair based on super human powers. Personally I want to see Aya Brea and Chun Li in a wet t-shirt contest LOL

I heard that The 3rd Birthday is not a sequel to the previous Parasite Eve games. If that is the case, why did the developers put the main character from the other games in this one? Does it take place between Parasite Eve 1 & 2? Does it even have connection what so ever to the Parasite Eve games?

Max Payne, Tomb Raider and Gears of War are all examples of third person shooters. Basically, it's a shooter where the camera's perspective is outside of the character you're controlling. An FPS has you looking through the eyes of the character you control. A third-person shooter means the viewpoint is somewhere behind the character you control.

Not technically, but there is now a "Third Birthday" In the works. SO looking at it from a chronological point of view, it would be considered Parasite Eve 3. Not much info is out yet, or a release date, but it will be released on Sony PSP. Hopefully some new news will surface, the small pictures and videos are quite the teasers.

Also if I'm not mistaken Aya is now 30 years old as well. I wonder if Eve is gone for good...

i read somewhere that due to her cells she doesn't age. That's why in the trailers of PE:3rd Birthday, she still looks the same, if not younger. probably just a rumor? She looks hotter in 3rd BDay :P

Actually, it's just called "3rd Birthday". They intentionally left off the "Parasite Eve" title. I assume if the sales are good, then they'll make the ACTUAL Parasite Eve 3.

P.E. was an okay game. Good cinematics. P.E. 2 was the best game ever. I played it just recently, and got the sonic blast bazooka thingy (frikkin' rad)Anyhow. I wish for a newer P.E. for ps2..., but with all the newer crap comin' out, I'm old news :-P
