I'm sorry but I don't put okra in my gumbo, and yes I know where gumbo get its name from but I wasn't raise where okra was put n gumbo and my family is from southern Louisiana. Gumbo is awesome without okra and tomatos, I love the cajun gumbo where u cook the roux a little longer for a deeper color and a richer taste but I love your gumbo looks great and I be it taste great also
The stock is what sold me, thank god, someone finally is doing the right thing and justice to stock making, its so simple to make, get rid of those canned stock junk. Go El fresco.
