I always thought how the tach increases in height to show turbo boost was the coolest thing in the automotive world. My roommate had an anniversary edition '84 turbo Z and I loved driving it at night!

i like the digital dash, but some time i feel like its not accurate to the speed meter, cuz it skips numbers when accelerating but its nice tho

@redstrooly1 regular speedometers often lag too. I know sometimes when accelerating quickly it would take another second or two to reach my actual speed after I had stopped accelerating in my 2002 Nissan Sentra SE-R Spec V.

I have an 1986 nissan 300zx 2 seater 2 door and its a turbo all orignal, rust free 100%, i find this car is really amazing to be a car from the 80's, if you think about it, there all slowly starting to bring back the digital dashes now.

Digi dash rules.... well when you dont have to bang on the dash to find out how much fuel is in the tank, if it is out yuo try looking at the disance to empty miles or you just go fill it up...

Ur 300zx sounds more alive compared to mine, I so need help finding parts for a 87 300zx GL model, though I need some help fixing the speedometer, either it doesnt show how fast im going or it confuses the hell out of me when it does show.

You need a new speed sensor. In front of the battery. $95 part new or get it at a junkyard and take your chances.

mm nice, the engine note sounds alot different to mine. does yours have an aftermarket exhaust or something, or is yours the older version with the rb20 engine.
