2 mizzdelta07....1st off this is the best Flagline in Birmingham City Schools. 2nd of all they r not fucking COLORGUARDS as u call them they are a FLAGLINE and that routine was not simple or easy. And as 4 tha booty shaking this waz an auxillary competition @ Miles College and unless u were there u would kno that a dance routine waz REQUIRED. First off the flag line is really called the "COLORGUARD" and what's up with the simple and easy flag work?? and what's up with the bad technique while holding the flag?? Terrible I have seen better. Sloppy and unlady like. Too much dancing. That is a competition not 106 and park. This squad is very elementary. The routine did not make any sense. Bad. Bad bad. No stars. Too much nasty dancing and walking. This is a flag competition not 106 and park. This squad needs more flag spins and tricks. The end was very pointless and boring. Also there were too many repeated 8 counts and long boring dead pauses.

I'm actually a choreographer for a flagline in the city I stay in and my girls win 1st place everywhere we go so I do know what I'm talking about. As for the life, I have one. My life had been dedicated to teach young girls to be young Ladies. It takes a whole lot more to be a lady than a woman. Remember that...And anyways, why does my opinion matter anyways? There is a way to dance and be tasteful. I understand that you need a sense of dance to be a flag girl. I am a dancer myself.

so what if they dance it makes it more entertaining and for most of the routine they were using flags and other props and flag lines are supposed to have a sense of dance and choreography when it comes to performing and who cares if u wouldnt put your daughter on this line she just would be missing out on joining a line of talented young ladies it takes a lot of effort, dedication, and energy to be this good

Don't know much about flag lines, but the actual flag work looked really good. Appreciated the creative stunts done with the flags and the overall theme of the routine. Didn't care much for the umberellas, but overall great job.
