eating disorders have nothing to do with food. the fucked up relationship between ED sufferers and food is just the part that everyone else sees. but the roots are SO much deeper than that. there is normally some sort of trauma or abuse that triggers the eating disorder. i have been anorexic and bulimic for 3 and a half years, and i would never have turned to an eating disorder if it had been just about loosing weight and looking good. NEVER in a million years. its a coping mechanism.

I mean, you're eating that damn food and then you throw up but then you want to eat again! so whats the point? isnt it easier to keep a NORMAL diet, and eat per portions, and do some exercise? much more healthy and with good results!
I've lost 10kg just by keeping a regular diet, and running every day like 30min in the morning! thats it!!
