not sure but it was on the planks when i got it? but may be you can tell me what 1704 was for,it cam out of canada and was painted batus before i don it green

@24635027 1704 does not mean much its just a way in batus that we keep track of all the vehicles when out on the area its more for safety staff and range control to keep tabs on, for example when i was in batus last year we had a truck reported lost on the area if you imagine their would be 1000s of truck on that area so instead of having to go up to every truck and looking for the number plate they use a tag code which in ur case would denote its a CVRT Samson and who it belonged too
