Arlington's Smart Growth Journey (1): Introduction

In Auckland New Zealand we are introducing the same Smart Growth policies - have done so for about 10 or more years. The result has been even more severe congestion, extreme housing un-affordability, and a country now deeply in debt.

Do you not find it interesting how city planners must outlaw the sprawl option to actualise their vision? Smart Growth is FORCED urban intensification.

Residential urbanisation in America today is only a tiny fraction of the total land area.
