  • I hate to rain on the parade of idiocy, but it's a very BAD IDEA to feed wild animals on your property... Before you know it, you'll find bears, wolves, raccoons, coming to join the party.

  • peter better watch his ass, those antlers look pretty painful!

  • sooo cute.

  • I would grab its antlers and start to see how would win..

I guess he would when he would force his antlers into my face..

  • 00:35 "Ew, now it's got his germs all over it"

  • @Teorispa I don't think the deer will be really concerned with that.

  • when the hair stcks up on a deer its a warning sighn telling any predator or another buck to get away

  • WOW

  • Oh yeah..bucks in rut...erm..they have horns and hooves...and they move FAST...

  • Those kids have balls, I would never attempt to feed, or even touch a buck.

  • @Temptress869 During the rut bucks go nuts. They lose any sense when they are like that, some of em will attack just because.

  • very nice apple you got there be a shame if i were 2 maul u

  • hat made a nice video..

It may seem cool to feed them..

My concern though is fo r the ones feeding it so closely, because if it got scared quickly, well guess what , that rack it has can easily stab and kill or injure you..

So please..if you feed them ( and that is cool ) simply toss it to them from a few feet away and remain safe

  • beginnings of domestication or CWD? cool video

  • You guys shouldn't have fed it so many apples at once. I think the deer was just tired of eating them by the third one. It only took one bite instead of eating the whole thing.. that's why the woman was getting nervous, it looked like he was going to attack but really he just didn't want any more. I've fed deers before and they are usually a lot more eager about eating leafy greens than fruits.

  • Excellent,.. That must have been an old deer.. it mind was sort of gone.. Still.. a very cool video.

  • probly the tastiest treat hes had all winter those apples

  • "i don't like the way its hairs coming up on his back" being fussy about this must help you appear more like a deer know-it-all. when the deer indicates the contrary by softening his eyes when the person proceeds by touching it, you have no choice but to say something elementary, hoping it sounds firm and bossy.

  • but very cool man that was super - i had a little doe that i would feed and im a hunter so we dont kill everything for the record i loved her i named her nelly and she ended up getting hit by a car but thats why we hunt so kulls dont destroy a heard in bucks county PA we found a mass grave of deer that they shot at the dump they killed over 500 deer in 30 square miles because people dont want to allow hunters on their land they would rather thm be shot and left to rot sad

  • Wow you guys could have really been hurt by him hes a mature buck i bet hes about 4-5 years old

  • @azayzel62 10 points very mature buck

  • And so the majestic deer then wandered on to the freeway just a couple meters away and got hit my an female driver on a cellphone. ^v^

  • Beautifull !! :)

  • That a nice buck tell him to go to my house

  • Deer are big rats.

  • grab it by the horns and wrestle it into a pen!

  • I doubt the women talking knowes anything about deer. It was calm enough to eat food out of their hands. I know that they are unpredictable but there was obviosly no need to worry

  • thats why the deer is so fat and spoild

  • fating it up i see lol jk. yummy apples

  • why do people feel the need to kill animals.

  • @wrlygus111 Because animals taste good and concidentally they are made of meat.

  • oh my GOD where are your GUNS people ?

  • @YourMistakes idiot

  • Comment removed

  • hehehe my dad hunts deer, bucks, elks, and caraboo how ever thats spelled and its sad but he says he wants me to hunt to so im a damn girl i dont want deer hu do u think u r pops

  • Hahaha! Poor Mom!

  • Buck is like "Oh apples, you want to feed me apples? OK."

  • This is brave - deer can kill you. A lot of people don't realize that. Your mom was right - the buck was getting nervous, best to leave him alone then. =) It's nice you fed him apples though.

  • @SuperStarsNStripes no they dont those are elk .deer r harmless . i shood no i ve been around this kinda of stuff sence i was born

  • @snoopylove180 So have I snoopy. Trust me they have killed people before. It's rare but the hooves are very, very sharp. They can kick and slice with them. Even horses and mules can kill. But deer are beautiful animals and Usually harmless.

  • Would it be better to offer it on the flat palm of the hand wth fingers together, like you do with a horse, not to get bitten? (OK, I know they shouldn't be feeding it all, you said that already :))

  • feeding wild life is ileigle ...i think, but im pretty sure it is.

  • rele....wtf r u feeding deer...they're supposed to be wild

  • Gawd dayum is ur mom hot.

  • It's nice to see a video where people are being allied with animals instead of thinking it's funny to upset the animals.

  • those mule deer have huge bodies.

  • gotta love how that deer knew it could kill them at any time lol no worries :)

  • that is awsom

  • You stupid, stupid children !! Do you not have any idea how dangerous deer are ?!

  • Louis CK hates deer

  • @makeUgagify lol exactly! very pointy rack... ol' joey was pushing it.

  • hehe very cool! rumor on a hunting site i go on was that there was a huge cranny buck shot in town!? Have you heard about this?

  • @QuailReview I didnt hear that exactly....there are so many deer here now that they had a "cull" this fall IN city limits...and to my knowledge, they only took Doe's. There are still lots of monsters roamin the streets! Its pretty Cool!

  • that dear eating the apple out of your hand is f***ing awesome.

  • where is this fine area with all the deers? :)

  • @TheUsmc29 Cranbrook BC Canada:)

  • @TheUsmc29 LOL let's take em, one by one (:

  • You wacky Canucks :) I think it's very cool that you were feeding the buck some apples. By springtime deer and other ungulates are HUNGRY, and it's nice to give them apples or corn-cobs. We live side by side with these creatures, literally in our own backyards, so what's the big deal with giving them a treat now & then. I AM an animal expert and I say it's OK.

  • @AnimalGuardian71 2 wacky Canucks and 1 crazy Czech:) ha ha

  • @shellaveve - Oh sorry, I didn't mean to exclude the wacky Czech, LOL! Although Canucks are all pretty wacky :) (Especially when my beloved Bruins clean the ice with the Maple Leafs or the Vancouver Canucks :-o heehee).

  • I would have laid the hammer on him

  • and he goes right to the woman...

  • Lol you are not very informed on deer the hair wasnt standing up on its back it was his neck and that means he is in rut ready to breed a doe you can also tell that the black of behind his knees is sign of rut as well.

  • wow

  • why must people bitch and moan on any video with an animal and human? I'm quite sure they all knew the risk and dangers without having a bunch of commenters trying to school them. it's something they wanted to do and they did it, and thankfully no one got hurt. stop trying to turn everything into people abusing animals and just enjoy the video.

  • @pole52 I don't think it's about abusing animals. But feeding wild animals can make the animals think that all humans are friendly when that's not the case. Where one person may give them apples another would think the animal is attacking and strike back. Some friends of mine had their "pet" squirrel killed that exact way. The squirrel didn't realize not all humans are friendly and some neighbors killed him when he climbed the mother's shoulders.

  • @pole52 Feeding animals is not good though. If you feed animals they will think all humans are good an then it might attack someone because they know they have food.

  • oh Great! now this deer is trusting in humans and will surely walk into the barrel of a shot gun....

  • @TheSharondubois Deer walk infront of barrels of guns out in the wild all the time. It a fact. I have fed deer loads of times while I was at camp and my uncles it is a fact that in wooded Aeras deer are more inclined to trust humans living there.

  • That's really cool!

  • *facepalm* ...GREAT!!!!! just great, now it'll think that any time it sees a human, i should get an apple! & if the person doesn't, it will get mad & beat the crap out of them! are you aware that if they are kick or ram you just right, they can kill you, right?!!! i give ya a big hospital bill... -.-'' its the same reason why they say at campsites &/or zoos to "not feed the animals!"

  • @SweetBloodyBlackRose Not all deer do that you know? God sake.

  • lol why so much fear over there at US/Canada, if it were here hand feeding a young buck, it would be with a loud snark and a shotgun barrel half a meter from his face.xD

    .

joking aside, it's smart to be careful, those antlers look sharp as hell.

    .

  • tht is amazinggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggggg

  • nice

  • I dont get it; how can people be so crazy. That thing can take your eye out lol I would not get near it unless I had a good spear and 4 other friends with spears to back me up lol

  • Because they're so cute it's easy to forget how dangerous they are @ilyaLiviz

  • the deer only wanted the apples because he cant get any

  • if this was during mating season, that buck would stick its antlers in your stomach..

  • Why does everyone always have to fight on comments? Just enjoy the fucking video! I really enjoyed watching this and actually expected to see nice comments but nah, people have to be assholes. Ughh humans are pathetic.

  • i cant see a buck liek this even when im hiding in the woods

  • Pretty buck, amazed hes in such a good mood, they can easily tear you up and or kill you with the antlers and hooves.

  • why don't you get YOUR head out of whoever-told-you-how-to-age-deer's ass

  • and you're wrong, crystaaaaa whatever the fuck, I dunno who told you that load of shit, but they are certainly wrong. The best field method for aging deer is to pull the jaw and examine the teeth. That boy there doesn't look (at a glance) but 2-3 yrs old.

  • that's it, feed him so he get's used to it and creates a whole host a problems for you lol. He's a babe, too, young buck, I know they look menacing, but all you have to do is grab the base of the antlers, roll the head and take him to the ground. if you do it quick enough you can snap the neck in one clean motion as he goes down. Just a tip if you ever find yourself toe to toe with one lol

  • LOL Mom's will be Mom's... "Joey that's good"

  • is the creature still alive???

  • @TheHighlanderGirl you bet! Cranbrook has deer wandering all over our little town. They are everywhere here...in our yards, on the streets. Its really amazing actually....and NO we do not make a habit of feedi g them. As you can see this video is 2 years old already:)

  • @shellaveve You live in Missouri? they're everywhere. I havent seen any in Arkansas

  • @JohnsonBoba We live in BC Canada:)

  • This is absolutely stupid to do. And people wonder why wildlife makes our backyards their home. I'm glad that he didn't spook and run a few points into someones chest.

  • Put some peanut butter on the apples, yummy!

  • Om nom nom nom nom nom nom.

  • antlers don't look all that leathal but those people are bold nonetheless.

  • considering this is a buck either he is a fucking retard or has never been told about Humans and our desire to shoot things tht move and scream random words as loud as we whether we miss or hit.

  • @shredder426 He's also a six pointer .... I can't believe he's made it that long without being shot and eaten. Also - very very courageous/stupid (thin line) getting that close to a buck.

  • @crystaaaahl yea amazing

  • @crystaaaahl Oh you people make me laugh. He's a young buck first of all. There"s many that get much older and larger. And these animals are not being shot by the millions every day. There's a hunting season, we buy a tag and shoot one, yes there are some that are poached but for the most part hunting is an actual wildlife management tool. Get your head out of your ass

  • @NevadaWrangler UM ... WTH - Did I say anything about poaching? I am a proud hunter - deer are a problem even more so now since their natural predators are being driven out by urban sprawl. The point was that it is amazing a buck that fearless is still alive.

Also, that isn't a young buck - one point = one year.

Why don't you get your head out of your ass ... idiot.

  • Really smart...NOT! Reducing a wild animals fear of humans is an eventual death sentence. A deer can pick up a scent from great distances. Now if this buck smells a human he could very likely go to the source to get a treat and the source might be a hunter...like I am. Also, that buck could have had an instantaneous attitude change and gravely injured or killed you idiots. He could have rammed those antlers into your chest like poking your finger into butter.

  • The women that's recording this is annoying.

  • Dipping your head that close to a buck could be miss-interpited as a challenge.

    Your lucky nothing bad happened.

  • thats so cool

  • awwww ^^

  • good way to get it shot

  • exscuse my language

  • you know deers kill more people in the world then any other animal? so.... i guess... that .. makes .. you guys fuckin bad ass .....

  • very cool I like it

  • That buck looks a little chunky, too many apples...

  • what you did was dangerous the deer could have gored you with its antlers and killed you.

hunters are gored every year by deer.

consider yourself very lucky - and foolish

  • It's nice to see people being nice to deers rather than trying to shoot them.

  • @viggoM35 deers(s) ????

  • @shankdrummer06 L☺L I'm sorry I didn't realize YouTube was so upscale that users feel they have to upgrade your grammar or spelling. Please get a life.

  • @viggoM35 Hey now, it's all in good fun haha take a joke :) There are people on YT with worse grammar skills than saying deers.

  • didnt you guys read the "dont feed animals sign"!

  • im feeding you now but you'll be feeding me later...

  • I understand your concern for your loved ones, but before a buck charges you will definitely notice it getting jumpy and moving erratically. Like all animals, deer give warning signs before they attack.

  • kinda reminds me of PA, where I used to live the deer would come like right up to you they weren't afraid of humans at all, which might have been a bad thing,,,,,now that i'm here in NJ when ever I try to get a picture of deer they always run away v.v

  • Please dont feel wild animals the last think this deer will see is a hunter pointing a riffle at it.

  • just beautiful

  • You guys were so scared, lol. That deer looked as complacent as any animal I've ever seen.

  • Why didn't that elk buck spear you? He's one fearless bastard.... Thats both

  • @MacDonaldSeumas .... its a mule deer, and take a chill pill people. I hunt and that was cool, sure you shouldnt feed animals, but if i was in this scenario , i cant say i wouldnt

  • @foundmyrosebudfan When the hell did I comment on this?

  • @MacDonaldSeumas haha, two months ago i guess

  • @foundmyrosebudfan this deer no doubt is used to humanity since its likely to be from that area and not just passing through. The fact he is so calmly chilling out when 3-4 humans are hovering is testament to it. I am wondering though if he is too used to being fed by humans because he seemed to do it fairly easily. I just hope he is able to find his own food too.

  • @rocky038 cograts you have a small dick haha

  • i dont think hed ram you i think hes more afraid

  • thats awsome!

  • How cool!

  • why do most people fear animals. They sense this fear from humans. Animals are scared of fear. thats why they attack. Have no fear and they will become your friend.

  • @jeremyelliott1

...Said the hungry mountain lion to the naive hiker:p

  • @jeremyelliott1 not true man

  • he is a fat buck

  • i had a 10 pointer come into my backyard once i got to feed it by hand and i havent hunted sence

  • Wow! That buck must be used to being around humans. Most would run or charge.

  • whys your mom acting so wierd?

  • @rocky038 that is my daugter you meat head

  • @shellaveve and 4in meat sticks are nothing to boast about, LOL
