Thank you!!! I had a cooling problem w/ my Whirlpool refrigerator this past weekend and saw your video. I decided to check the relay and indeed it did rattle from the broken parts. Bought another relay at ~$35 and my 11+ year old refrig is as good as new. Well almost! Thanks again.
