i've had this phone for over a year in red, & it's absolutely indestructable.

i've dropped it on concrete, threw it at my ex-boyfriend, & left it outside in the rain & it still works greaaat. & i am sooo used to the keyboard; it's actually really easy to use. i can text like a mofo on ittt. it's a really cute phone & pretty customizable. the only thing i don't like about it is that you can't set a song as a message alert... it's dumb./:

Go to Menu>settings>Profiles> then scroll over normal >Options>Customize. From there you can change your message alert tones. Hope this helps.

I know that the refurbished model is completely FREE with a new 2-yr contract which is how I got this phone.
