@112Eindhoven: You first download the sounds or record them and then using NFS Wizard 5.79 you open the SIREN.BNK file and select the ones you want to replace, to replace you import the sound into the file and then save and afterward delete the BNK.BAK file.
In Tasmania, this is our firetruck's siren :P
