rule of thumb; everything in 'dunya' (the affairs of this world) is halal until proven otherwise, however, everything in 'deen' (religion) is haraam until proven otherwise. you will notice that the microphone has nothing to with 'deen' w reference to worship.

his great but i realize more and more that none was or ever will be perfect, only Allah swt is perfect, BIllal made some mistakes in several of his lectures and books and so do most of scholars, normal, but I don't like that they go ignorantly with their opinion without looking closer at what they're saying...may Allah guide everyone to true Islam ameen.
