  • I was worried i wouldnt know what to do next sometimes because every time i went into the notebook i was welcomed by this incredible tune and i would get lost in it

  • I used to go inside the notebook only because i wanted to listen to this sometimes. :)

  • @CyberLance26 HAHAHA hellll yea bro i remember doing this..or even wen i was eating something listenin to this was very nice..

  • best game of the world

  • if you know Chinese myth, ooh buddy, you haven't seen anything.

Suzuki was just getting warmed up.

  • @stardingo747 Please, enlighten me.

  • @sethisawesome Ryo's destiny isn't to just take revenge against Lan Di, the plot is further complicated in 2 when it is revealed Lan Di is Xiu Ying's older brother Ximing. Not only will later in the story will Ryo become a better martial artist than Lan Di, his ultimate destiny is to protect Xenhua from the demon Chi You. In Chinese myth, the yellow emperor Shi Huangdi, and his brother Chi You fought a battle which Chi You lost; Chi You vowed to come back as a demon, to take revenge.

  • @sethisawesome Chi You vowed to come back as a demon that is, to take revenge on all of Huangdi's descendants. Like in Europe, China's ancient nobility were all distantly related. Play Dynasty Warriors much? Believe it or not, Liu Bei's bitter rival Cao Cao was actually a distant family relation. All of China's nobles descended from Huangdi. Xenhua is a direct descendant of Huangdi, meaning that if Ryo is not around to protect her, the demon Chi You will kill her.

  • @sethisawesome the character Ryo Hazuki will eventually become a martial artist as powerful as Fist of The North Star's Kenshiro; powerful enough to take on a demon.

  • @sethisawesome the way he is now, in Shenmues 1 and 2, Ryo is just a tiger cub, by Chinese reckoning. You ever been around a tiger cub? Even tiger cubs are really strong man, really strong, but obviously they're nothing like grown tigers. So, like I said, Ryo Hazuki, by the reckoning of traditional Chinese martial arts, is not yet a grown tiger, right now he is just a cub.

  • @stardingo747 Cool. Thanks.

  • dude i love the notebook theme it was sad and full of tragedy
