  • should i use shoe goo or something else?

  • you did it wrong

  • backwards mod

  • this looks good

    almost looks like a mk1

    nice mod

  • you put the mod piece in backwards. take it out, flip it around, and youll have less vig. and its actually a tad wider (i might be makin that part up)

  • its not that.... he just used the 30mm mod piece instead of the 37mm one

  • yeah youre right. i honestly dont even know why i said that.

  • would the mod work for the mx3062

  • SONY VCL-0637H Wide Conversion Lens

  • I just bought one for my raynox...its currently being mailed to me....

    I hope its worth it.

I will prolly buy a mkII eventually tho.

  • everyone is probably going to hate me for asking this for some reason..? but can you put spacers in there to get rid of the vig?

  • that would produce more vig lol

  • what model of sony .6 lens did you use?

  • vcl0637h

    or vcl0637s

  • to wide

  • so what exacly needs re-glueing?

  • wow your fisheye looks good here

  • yeah it is a bitch, but its so worth it at the end, and i used shoe goo

  • i have to say you did a great job modding the lens... raynox? yea i recently modded my fisheye

  • but like the best thing to do when your trying to unscrew the top part of it is get two kitchen grippers that u would use to like unscrew the top of a salsa jar, and then before you try to unscrew the lens tap the side with a butter knife for about 20 min

  • damn, thats a lot of work. what did you use to glue it to it?

  • such a pain.

  • yeah

  • did you use a sony.6x wide angle 37 thread? thats whats i got.
