Wow, some very funny moments in this show. That was hilarious the way Jose walked out at the end. His dry wit always keeps me rollin'. Seriously, he could be an actor.
I really liked it guys. What I hope is that it leads to more people checking out the books and getting a more complete experience from the books. But, actually I loved the film. Keep the reviews coming.
The 2.99 on DC books is essentially an ad. Why would you advertise 3.99? It's a fricking ripoff and they know it (at least for the DCU titles that each feature at least 5 splash pages). And these publishers have long since given up caring if they are spitting in their fans' koolaid-slurping faces. In fact they take a twisted pride in it, as do their limp-wristed, spaghetti-spined, masochistic fanboys. Man, I would have been PO'd if I'd paid for the VIP package and got this absolute crap bag.
I'm sooo glad I didn't read the comic first; and I only say that because I loved, loved this movie and I don't want anything to diminish that. I also felt it was a crime against all things movies that Vampires Suck actually made 2 million more that Scott Pilgrim in its opening weekend.
Can I buy those Kick Ass issues in the background? Do you have the full run for sale? Thanks and please keep doing the great vids!

yeah thats why I didnt bother, no major publishers. there is no incentive for aspiring artists to go to a Wizard World con...what a shame

probably a genius scheme from their marketing dept with the whole 2.99 thing. pretty sneaky if you ask me.

Good catch on the DC price tag, though I have to say I'm glad they feel guilty for charging more for comics.
