  • You need to wait for your hands to pass over your knees before you bring them up. Technique is everything on an erg. Also, you don't really need a mask to make your workout on an erg any more intense. You just need to row harder and pick up your rate.

  • There isn't even an adapter. There is no 'elevation' increase whatsoever. Lame.
