  • I wonder if they could use "I was delayed because of the parade rehearsals" as an accuse.. ?

  • Hahahah....RomanMaximus you're so dumb!!!

  • Well, maybe in China and a few hundred other countries it's called rain ;)

  • Dude, cut the bull, it appears the drains are all overflowing, dude! I've seen Beijing, not the part they like to show us, but the most part, the poverty areas, is worst than Mexico. China is a long way from being a developed country. Maybe you move to Taipei.

  • @RomanicusMaximus

Where you see overflowing? All i can see is wet asphalt.

  • 坦克碌豬靠你 拍馬屁聲響足一世紀

  • too many rubberneckers with camera phones ;-)

  • awesome! Lets see their showdown in Oct. 1st

  • Yeah, they were all rubber tracked. The Chinese figured that one out. And the road surface was in pretty good shape afterward. They did have to test some of the bridges against the weight.

  • I hope the Chinese have rubber tracks. The Soviets could never be bothered, because they didn't have very many good roads—but the Chinese do. That shit's going to get torn up something fierce if those are steel links. :<

  • From my experience, if Chang An Street gets even a tiny pothole, it'll be repaired instantly, magically.

The Chinese can build a 12 lane road in weeks.

  • Project management is a compulory course for many uni students in China

  • pretty awesome !! Thx

  • Boy Beijing has changed the street looks like

upper westside Manhattan with wider road and cleaner street.

  • many (most) citizens are told to stay home right? But yes, the air looks so much better. Keep it up!

  • @Seninel57: I don't think anything that went past me was all that newfangled. Looks like the really awesome stuff was going over Dawang Bridge, up the road from where I was. I expect they'll spring some surprises that weren't in the rehearsal come the 1st.
