jhonson is the only one immune to the flood and provided the unsc with precious info on how to resist the flood. And he fought the covenants b4 mc and merinda. On planet harvest the 1st encounter with the covenants happened and he only had a few squad of marines with no ships at all, but managed to defeat the 1st wave of covenants through pure strategy. If it wasnt for him repelling the 1st covies than the unsc wouldnt have been able to come in time to evac the civilians.

a few changes to yours munguntulga johnson is immune to the flood but he didnt tell anyone how he dosent know how the only people that do know are The Chief and Cortana. if the cheif told the UNSC how johnson did so they would disect johnson and hw would die so it was a closely gaurded secrect. and the chief has been fighting the covenant since he was 13, he was upducted at six but he had to be tranied(he origanly foght without armor)

actually ONI and the lady who created the spartan project knows, but they keep it a secret as u provided the reason. The book contact harvest was about the first contact with the covenant ever and the spartan project was just entering its second stage. Before the spartans foughts rebels called innies without armor. Jhonson and Jenkins are the the 1st characters from the halo game to cantact the covies, but jenkins dies in halo 1. The event of halo wars takes after the book contact harvest.

Halo is such an underestimated game, if Bungie's last Halo project truely IS Halo ODST then Halo should end with a bang. Just the way it began. The music is mindblowing and the story is beautifully made, so there is only 1 thing I can say about this "end of halo"...Were it so easy...
