@creeperblows well, the hobbit is coming in 2012 in cinemas i believe, but it takes place before lord of the rings, and it is about bilbo baggins when he was young. its going to be split into 2 movies. might not be the same as lord of the rings, but hopefully it can bring back the feeling from the original lotr movies.

This sends chills up my spine everytime I hear it, sure Lord of the Rings is about a huge battle on an epic scale with many great characters. But at the heart of it all is a small hobbit barely the size of a child. I think that's why it's so great and beloved. Frodo is destroyed and will never be same since his journey, but he continued on as it was happening anyway. The climax of Frodo climbing mount doom I think is one of the greatest out there.

@TheLegolasguy in my opinion it's the theme of the movie and I loathe to criticize but it's supposed to be even more awe-inspiring because of the alleged discord created by the major chords, with roots on the first, and fourth degrees of the minor scale. I'm not pretending to know music terminology but...lo! that major twist was what made it so special.
