  • Building size is more a function of repetition scheme. If you can do between 8 and 12 and not much more, you will build size.

  • @beehot. thats not true. using weights will define your legs, but it will also add size. if all you want is definition then the best option is working them with exercises similar to what this guy is doing

  • Sorry, nothing beats using weights to effectively tone the legs and butt. True you do not need tree trunk legs to show you work your legs, but if you properly work your legs you can easily see definition of quads, abductor, and hamstrings.

  • @pimpstop5 leg size and strength are different things i got big legs an only do 400 on dead lift while my friend has pencil legs and does more than i do!

  • Only calories determine weight loss/gain. Your lifestyle determines wether weight gan/loss is fat or muscle.
