I was in an all-freshman FTC team, and through pure luck, we got to the finals at a very large regional. That regional was where I was invited to an FRC team, which I just finished my first season in. And I have to say, FIRST has really caused me to realize how much I wanted to be an engineer. I still can't find any negatives! This is one of the best programs I have ever experienced, and I hope to be part of this for the rest of my life.

It really is a beautiful thing. From the gracious perfesionalism to the hands on relationship between students and a complex piece of machinery with engineers standing right there to help the students, FIRST is a special thing.
