  • amazon defrauded me $40 a month for about a year for a merchant account as opposed to individual seller account to sell an ebook thery never converted for kindle

  • @georgegodley They were hoping you didn't notice. That is a common business scam that is successful in a lot of cases because people don't always look at their bank statements or credit card statements.

  • @rockstarofredondo and they have those free zoomba classes for the chics. The nicer facilities have spin classes, dry and wet saunas, tanning beds, swimming pools, movie stars...no wait that last one was the Beverly Hillbillies. lol

  • @rockstarofredondo yeah 1 year. I thought it was a good deal. I had friends who got suckered into contracts at Xsport for like $600 a year.

  • @rockstarofredondo Ballys. It was $260 either up front or in payments. No contract. $270 and you can go to any location nationwide.

  • @cityguyable For just 1 year?

  • Thats why I payed the upfront $260 price for a 1 year membership. I've heard way too many stories of gyms fleecing people by just wily nily charging their cards.

  • @cityguyable What gym? I'd like to do something like that when I get my membership to a gym.

  • take off your cloth i want to see your titties

  • A judgment is an official document signed by a judge that is usually drafted by the winning party. The collection of that judgment is an entirely different matter. 90% of all judgments in CA go un-collected and expire within 10 years. Therefore, most people that win a judgement usually never get the money awarded, pay more money for the court fees/expenses, waste more time and pay even more money trying to pursue the collection. Everyone looses in court regardless of any judgment.

  • @TacticalSoleSurvivor One more reason I'm against government, it doesn't TRULY protect rights, just violates them. In a stateless society, scammers would simply be ostracized by the majority of people & become outcasts, & if they made a bad enough rep for themselves, they could actually end up dead in extreme cases. I'm still glad my bro's case went in his favor. I will boycott Gold's Gym for life if they don't pay him back & I will use my vids to encourage others to as well. Ostracism works!

  • I like gyms but the problem is I live too far away from one so I work out at home. If I lived in town id pay the 30 bucks a month or whatever it is.

  • Gyms constantly rip people off. They aren't far behind auto mechanics in terms of consumer complaints.

Add to that the annoying people, the stupid music, the bacteria orgies, and waiting to use equipment, and all the sudden a home gym makes perfect sense.

  • lol...Most gyms are set up as a financial scam....it's an "old" scam and these gyms will pay a civil suit once in a while because they can afford it.

  • LOL, i like gym's :-)

  • @charlesfuchs I do too. I like ones that are honest businesses.

  • I'm glad we won.

  • @DEMCAD Me too. Thanks for watching. :)

  • I like your intro "Welcome to the garage".

It may actually work in your favor and help launch your channel and get you a ton of views in an ironic way.

  • @EWOKCAD I am an ironic lady. Thanks for watching. :)
