If I understand you correctly, this man is Haitian. Born in the suburbs of Petionville,Port-au-Prince, Haiti. If not, any man could have a sense of unity within the African Diaspora that just might inspire him/her to represent another's nationality. Besides would we be wrong to wear anything we please as long as it does not cause chaos. Would it be wrong if it did?
