There is no reason whatsoever this should have happened. completely unacceptable. When I DJ weddings I have 2 cdrs labeled important songs (1st dance, father/daughter, etc.) and the playlist on my ipod. if for some reason a cd started skipping i have the backup disc right there and if that too didnt work i always got my ipod. that wont skip! that is what a professional does. however they give me the impression (the djs) that they are low rate and you get what you pay for! sorry it happened.
Bottom Line- It is the Bride and Grooms fault for hiring these so called knuckleheads. Trying to get by cheap and not doing their homework got them their Wedding Reception ruined! You learn you lesson the hard way. It doesn't pay to be cheap!

WOWW Thats what i called a not Prepare,Professional DJ, am a dj and am only 17 year old and clients alwassy happy and i never have any bad comments or errrors always good sound quiality and everything prepare professional way djs do... Sorry to hear that the DJ had to screw ur weddingh up :(
I just got married in August and I would have been soooo pissed about this, she planned a very nice wedding and everyone looked great, I feel so bad for both of them how embarrassing!!!
This is so very sad. The hall looked beautiful, the brides dress was very nice, the chair covers weren't cheap. This bride & groom spent good money on everything but the DJ Service, and it showed. Everyone will remember this wedding for how horrible the reception was.
I wonder how they promoted themselves to even get what looks like a very decent wedding....I feel very sorry for them, and it happens way to often. Hopefully a list of some of these DJ's we have on youtube that have ruined weddings will be available on GOOGLE #1 in weddings :)

This is what can happen when you hire the cheapest DJ you can find. Always make sure you hire based on "quality" and not who is the cheapest.
