The Witch Hunters mod in the other hand, was forcibly shut down by the corporate heretics behind Dawn of War, as they couldn't tolerate their crappy textures being humiliated to that point... and the Sisters of Battle race to be available for non-Soulstorm players.

Ok, I need to know why the steel legion mod isnt working... iv install them all and they work apart from that one. i had tried 4 times but it just wont work, is there a different download or what??

@lvs2spooge1 You probally need to patch your game engine. The default is 1.0, so you need to download the 1.1 and 1.2 patch's, but you will need to get rid of the Steel Legion mod. Patch, then run the mod installer. If your mod doesn't work, then the fault is one of yours. Also, if you get fed up, just download the Winter Assult Steel Legion mod..its alot better. Merry Christmas Modder :}

@Zebestxxx Nope, i just downloaded it to see if there were any problems. Your Internet Connection may have been interupted, making it slow, or you had other things downloading/other applications using up your Internet bandwidth. When you download mod files, try doing it with less applications open. Just a word of advice.

@JosephPorta18 Technically there is no other animation for the Grey Knight Terminator, so you cant say its the "worst" like your compairing it to another model. Plus, you couldn't animate anything that looks half decent.

@Xman42635 a hellfex is a lower tier version of the carnifex, it has less health, does less damage, and is smaller. The carnifex is bigger, has alot of damage, lots of health, etc.

i never really liked the deamon hunters mod that much sadly. it looked so good but i found it so unbalanced and the games rules changed so much. not a mod for those you want to take their time building a base and army. also last time i checked the gray knight commander had a glass jaw. maybe the mod changed the last time i played it but i wold doubt it changed much. now the dawn of steel mod. that was a fun mod :) go Yarrick!

Also stop moaning about the game rules, just change them back to how ever you want them...they only add extra game rules, not force you to use them. @AdamShifnal true, but i have my own and TBH you might be right too but when i was a kid i just remember some crazy stuff when i played this mod. like one time on 1 player i was in a 3 VS 3 battle and was getting swamped by ork after ork. when i couldn't handle it and quit the game i saw like a flood of orks in front of my base with every powerful weapon unlocked to them when i was still on tire 1. this was on easy mode too lmao. i'll admit i'm not RTS pro but i just want to put my 2 cents here

@phantomshotgun The best race for now is Tyranids, at least the team are working on the final release mod and it will be out soon, but It took them a long time. Steel Legion, Inquisition and Witch Hunter will be best for DC. I hope SS Legions can include Tyranids.

@Pien9000 To start with,dont download from torrents, because theres a high chance that they might have virus's. If you've installed any mod files into the Dawn of War directory, get rid of them. Go to the links in the description, because you can download the mods there and no virus's, also they tell you how to install the mods aswell. Hope this helps.

@gojira4444 naw, the steel legion mod is for winter assult, dark crusade and soulstorm. Its the best on winter assult, because on D.C they fuck it up and on soulstorm, you cant shoot the aircrafts. I would recommend gettin the Steel Legion mod on Winter Assult.

even though sisters are in soulstorm, some of the units here look awesome, namely inquisitor. it is my opinion that in all of the factions, spece marenes (lol) wolves and the like, the most manly faction is the sisters of battle, yep the manliest faction is the faction with hardly any men.
