@Blunder1248 Just for future reference if you didn't already know, the B20B or Z doesn't have the oil galleries for the vtec to run off. Also there is a massive difference in cylinder head components, tuning level and cams from the B16's to 18's. . . And massive variants between same head types! - Also I hear a lot of people complaining about C.R.O.M.E compared to more common software like Hondata.
Nice Job, i would rather swap the extreme outset wheels (really nice to look at, but bad to drive!) for some wheels with more inset, that will keep the Mini more driveable! ;)
@BR4DL3Yx i can see why you have to have those wheels ,but it mess's the handling right up ,my mini with a 998 engine would eat yours thru the corners :D stage 3 head ,kent cam ,straight cut gear box and straight thru exhaust ,
should have went with a jdm b18c type r

which is the best vtec engine for classic mini? powerful, fast....
jaytseng 1 year ago
@jaytseng You want the B16 head (cheaper than a B18 and pretty much the same spec)
The 2.0 block from a Honda CRV.
A B16 ECU, socket it and put chrome map on it for 2 litre setup.
A Fitting conversion kit for the vtec head on the 2.0 block!
Jap Integra gearbox with LSD
Then you have a nice 2.0 vtec B series engine : )

@wwwcustomminisde You sort of have to have them because of the track of the VTEC

sick setup..lose some weight by getting rid of that cast iron exhaust manifold and replacing it with a header
