this seems like a good warm up but i have noticed a few flaws. i think the unwinding swing after the balls hits the ground adds more inerta to the next throw. i would say hitting a heavy mallet or over sized sledge hammer may work a little better though the equiptment takes up alot more room. You want to work on mobility but also strengthing muscles for maximum torque. This is more effeciently achieved when there is no positive motion alredy involved.
I use to be able to do that until i hyper extended my knee shuffling

Look up rosstraining. That guy does some sledge hammer work on an old tire that I imagine works similar muscle groups.
Gotta buy me one of those tornado balls too, looks like a fun tool!

You could alter the technique by pausing after each a second or two after each throw. all in all i really love these videos. keep them coming.
