Your right bayshore....she got one Hell of a deal...Iam from Texas...the Rio grander Valley South Padre Island area and dealers down here pay 2 to 4 bucks under spot. It's hard to sell my silver for that low of a price. She got a great deal...nice collection.
What you stupid people don't understand is when I bought this silver, Silver was only $15.50 an ounce. I pay .50 cents under spot. Whatever price my customers decide to sell at, I take .50 cents off current spot price. If that's robbing people let me know who you sell your silver to and i will supply them with thousands of ounces a week.

@inachu at the time of the sale the price of silver was only $15.50. Its amazing how stupid some of you people are. I pay fifty cents under spot price. This film was taken over a year ago.
Under spot for perfectly fine silver eagles, buffaloes, some collector coins, etc.? That's a rip-off in my book. Not blaming you though, that amount of money while being low on funds would deserve a bit of research from the woman.
I listened to Robert Kiyosaki's advice on silver: "I believe this is the biggest investment anyone can make in the next 100yrs" I did my research and found an opportunity that has changed my life in 12 months. Take a look like i did.... Visit: goldsave.co/
@becauseushould I paid her .50 cents an ounce under spot. I think thats pretty reasonable, the price of silver was $15.50. I can buy any one of those products from a refiner for .40 cents over spot. I think she got a pretty good deal.
You did nothing wrong! You are a buyer, she sold - u could have given her $5/oz ...if she agreed...a deal is a deal. She should have done her research...with the impending economic times she should know that secondary to her husbands love this was the biggest gift he gave her. It's NOT your job to inform - that's what Maloney, Morgan, Butler, Hommel n company are for. Wishing you nothing short of the best of success in your job! P.S. we both know that refineries don't sell Eagles, Englehards!
@becauseushould Thank you for your responses. P.S. you should try a different refinery if yours doesnt offer eagles and englehard bars. Not only do i buy them in bulk from quite a few refineries, they also offer them in trade as part of your settlement.
@becauseushould and you said that 6 months ago Bro! New Subscriber! Checking out your vids. @35.25 a little more than a year later. I bet she doesn't even know.
Its your business to do whatever you want with, and its great you do have your own business and supporting our economy. But if you would sell that silver for 2 bucks an ounce over spot to individuals willing to pay for it, over the course off the year you would easily profit 50 to 100 grand depending on the area you live in. I would still buy it over spot.
Its not as easy as everyone thinks. Take a look on ebay. uncirculated coins and bars you can buy anywhere for 2 dollars over, plus anyway you sell it besides cash takes some kind of charge. whether is a credit card, ebay fee, paypal fee. I like silver but my main business is buying gold.
Im actually surprised you wouldnt at least save some to sell. All the coin shops by me run out of silver as soon as they get it, while charging 2 dollars over spot for most.
I do keep some but not to sell, only for my personal collection. I resell the gold coins, things with at least a 50 dollar premium and up. To wait around to make 2 dollars on every ounce in volatile markets, just not worth it to me. I let other people make a living doing that.
Actually prickpete, lots like this come in all day long, 7 days a week, and they are sold immediatly. To wait around for idiots like you to buy these lots for 2 and 3 dollars over is a waist of time.
Dont lie, You did NOT send that silver out to be melted the same day. If you did, you are dumber then the lady you bought it from. Just be honest and say you are going to flip it for $18 an oz cash. There is no shame in that.
I wouldnt say I made a killing off of it. I made 50 cents an ounce. All this stuff gets melted the say day. The day i purchased this, silver was 15.00 and change an ounce. There's not much room for profit in bullion and coins. When you buy sterling and melt if down is where you make the money with silver. Ignorance would be paying over spot for the silver.
@SilverAceKing when it is refined you get paid for the other metals mixed in with the silver. Bullion products are pure .999, there are no other metals inside. This makes a big difference when you melt bigger lots.
wow Great price!! sweet buy, but please do me favor remove every rubber band, i saw some pictures of someone that had about 4 bars new sealed in plastic with a rubber band wrapped around all of them and the band ate through the plastic and turned the bar black were ever the band was touching the plastic.
