Well, since WIN television is one of the regional sister networks of Nine, and plays all the same shows, it'd kinda make sense for them to use the same promos, wouldn't it? I grew up in Wollongong and the only alteration we ever had to the Channel Nine scheduling was the local news at six, before the national news.
That's no excuse for them to be dodgy, though, I agree with you there. :)
