@2screenboy101 If you're in an aerodynamic position whilst riding the bike, wind drag doesn't affect you as much, and that is also the only way that you can clock over 200 MPH without falling off the bike, or without the wind hitting you as much.
The inside circle is kph. The large outer numbers are mph. This has been posted in plenty of places, this is just a repost of the vid. It's a turbo busa, and it's not fake...it's a fairly well known vid on most busa enthusiast forums.

If you watch the rpms, he hits 220mph at around 10k. He went a little over 11k, so probably about 240mph since his gearing has him at 20mph per 1000rpm in last gear. Easy math guys.
I could be wrong. But after seeing this clip so many times i just now wondered if that bike had a kilo meter gauge set up and the rider changed the gauge to Mph so that when he did this it would look like he was ripping the pavement up. Also, you need to be careful. I don't want to sound like your mother, but a crash at that speed more than likely would be fatal. Even if you hit just a bird, you be screwed. At that speed, a bird would go right through your bike. (Unless it's designed to stop something like that and I don't know about it.)
@gieco53 That is much faster than a Bugatti... The Bugatti definitely tops any bike in top speed, but acceleration on bikes to cars is no comparison. My GS500F does 0 - 60 faster than a Porche 911, and it is one of the slowest crotch rockets out there.
@HelloMrTaylor The official specs state an acceleration time of 0-60 in 2.47 secs for the Hayabusa and a 0-60 acceleration time of 2.2 seconds for the newer Bugatti SS and 0-180 mph in less then 14 seconds, now look at the video and tell me how long it took that Hayabusa to get from 0-180.

That is my friend's Husband riding this bike.... I'm pretty sure that if he cared enough to deal with all of this nonsense everyone is talking, he could explain that it actually did happen. anyways just wanted to say that this is bad ass. and it's super cool that I actually know the guy who did this! :D

Also, you need to be careful. I don't want to sound like your mother, but a crash at that speed more than likely would be fatal. Even if you hit just a bird, you be screwed. At that speed, a bird would go right through your bike. (Unless it's designed to stop something like that and I don't know about it.)

@gieco53 That is much faster than a Bugatti... The Bugatti definitely tops any bike in top speed, but acceleration on bikes to cars is no comparison. My GS500F does 0 - 60 faster than a Porche 911, and it is one of the slowest crotch rockets out there.

@HelloMrTaylor The official specs state an acceleration time of 0-60 in 2.47 secs for the Hayabusa and a 0-60 acceleration time of 2.2 seconds for the newer Bugatti SS and 0-180 mph in less then 14 seconds, now look at the video and tell me how long it took that Hayabusa to get from 0-180.

@Kiernanboi Wait... WTF? Are you thick? The busa is capable of over 200mph. Wouldn't it be easier to just go 200+ than to edit the video? Also, are you aware of how camera's work vs your eye? Camera's take video in fps, so the white lines wont look like a blur. Same reason wheels appear to spin backwards as cars accelerate.
