i just bought a game for mi phone and i thought i was metal gear solid and it wasnt =( it was the metal gear the ness version im so pissed lol good bye 7 dollers cause metal gear solid for the phone i hear has really good graphics

Well, any one who's got some basic knowledge in genetics knows that genes are just genes, and that they MIGHT only give a person higher odds to survive longer then others. But as for Liquid..... Well, you don't have any use for your genes if you don't use them propperly.
If you have genes for easely developing big muscles, you'll still have to exercise to get big muscles. Get the point about how genes dosen't deside your fate, but instead your fate desides how you use them! :)

I think both men were raised relatively equally which (I think) would have made solid snake weaker. He's supposed to be the double underdog. And! It could also be to show that you are only as important as you percieve yourself to be, Liquid thought he was the weak one; and lost.

Hideo Kojima said in an interview that I watched, that he hoped (as an example) that if a chubby kid; who thinks that since his parents are bad sports because of this he won't be good at them either. - He might be right, but he might be wrong too. Kojima said he hopes that after playing Metal Gear; that kid will think to himself, maybe I'll go try out for sports tommorow - it might not work, but I'll try my best. He must be a HUGE idealist! lol
I haven't seen that interview, but It dosen't surprise me that Kojima said something like this. Because MGS is all about Nature VS Nurture. What you make of your self is what you will become.

Well, in skill their probably equall! And genes can be inactive, hence Liquid's Soldier genes can be totaly inactive, making him equall to Solid!
