Is it true that the land between the hills are not protected by your laws, and can be exploited by human activities? What a shame. Hope you can preserve that majestic view, it wont be the same with roads, buildings and houses between them.

Its called the chocolate hills cause during the summer the colors turn so dark-brown that it shows a tint of being chocolate.
