  • its so frustrating when they wont start, the thing is there only a small engine and you dont need to loose much compression for them to play up on the starting. i preffer the older type ryobis to the newer ones as the newer type just arent made propperly, i don know how they get away with it ,no proper woodruff key on the mag there is a tiny burr which fits int the key way on the shaft talk about fragile, the 700 type ryobis are better i find.€

  • Are eager beavers good? I found 1 n the trash the other day and it needs a new primer bulb, a new shaft guard, and the line attachment. It starts if I u put gas into the cylinder. Is it worth fixing up? Thanks.

  • @Y0B0YCHRIS Yes iv found them to be quite good little machines, light and built back in the day when they were made to last

  • Don't you just love the sound of a small two stroke lol

  • mine starts in less than a minut

  • make more small engine videos

  • It was on the radio, normally i turn the radio off before a video Ps when will i see more of your sweet videos!!

  • them eager beavers are great engines the only problem ive had with them is them losing compression

  • ryobi are not bad engins but there a prick to tune

  • with ryobis I had same problem so i got some new carbs on ebay cheap and it did the trick. somewtimes the little valve in carb gets dameged from old fuel , water etc

  • does mac make their own engines?

  • Mac has gone broke years back but there still good trimmers
