Very cool.... I borrowed your idea and made two changes. Got me a score of 5095 with 17 lives left (one of those Spawn Bosses got split just before the exit...) I added a Frost Tower right at the entrance; and a Squirt tower, upgraded to Typhoon, at the exit.

very nice. you can get by with as few as 2 lives lost with a similar map and snap towers. i use 2 lvl 4 frosts a boost bash and swarm (all full) a lvl 3 snap and a lvl 2 snap (rest is maze. my best is 18 unless your counting score (then 16 with the bosses broken)

If your goal was to build the smallest possible maze and still make it to the end, then I guess you achieved that. However, you lost almost all of your lives!
