Im surprised that WESH wasnt cleared to nightlight considering the signal strength and lack of interference they would of had on two.

I have the "EyeTV Hybrid" USB tuner for my computer ... recorded the clip off-air, and the EyeTV software lets you make an MPEG2 file from your recordings. Audio is a bit overdriven, but I think that was an export setting that I missed.
