i like lusso xt it can hit speed of 249 with nitrous (like the Slf450x aka batman car) and it may have bad handling but can take a hit and not flip over

Well that answer is a bit late, but i guess he gets nervous because you won, just read the character description in the Arcade Mode "He is a son of a rich family, but he wouldn't start a real race. His friend Ichiro is really annoyed because that."

Funny story, I was racing doing Ichiro's Race and losing badly, right before he hit the finish line he turned around and began driving in the other direction. He was way ahead and completely gave up!

Primo's car has the same top speed, but its acceleration is slower compared to Lusso XT.

The Lusso XT has a much higher top speed. Its the highest out of any car in the game [except that rocket car you get once you complete the game 100%]. Its basically tokyos version of Primo's car.
