You don't unlock them, activision (being the twats they are) made a limited time dlc offer to get like carnage, magneto, psylock, black panther, and cable. But it expired Late xmas 2009 or something like that.

if you want really good fusions and good graphics dont get the ps2 version it sucks u dont even get these powers or fusions so mif ur smart dont get it for psp wii ps2 or nitendo get it for xbox360 or ps3 if u want these coool fusions if u dont believe me google it or use the search eingine and type in mua2 ps2 gameplay
