I can do 10 pull ups, 22:40 3 mile and 103 crunches in 2 minutes. Pushups i can do about 55 in 2 minutes. 40 without resting in the rest postition

@pyarladki1 I'm in your same boat except I have always wanted to go army but I love the Corps. I'm 16, gonna be 17 in October and plan on enlisting either Army or USMC. I have a feeling it'll be usmc just because I want to follow my older cousins foot steps. It's way more physically demanding, I mean army BCT is only 10 weeks, usmc is like 13. Either way I plan on going Military Police, if I choose Marines I'll volunteer in FET. But I have no clue what branch to choose.

I can do 35 push ups, no problem. I can do 60 sit ups in 2 minutes and run a mile in 7 1/2. I'm very good with fitness due to my family in the military training me. But I do know the USMC also does flex arm hangs or whatever for the women. That's the only thing I have problems doing, pulling my body up.
