@Karnezar Not really, because this was made to be released before YuGiOh Zexal was fully realized as a season. The XYZ monsters probably weren't even created until after the Synchros were no longer a threat to the world.

That, and yes, I agree: the duel should have lasted longer. That being said, it needed to be done before Pegasus got there. Therefore, Paradox needed to lose before twelve o'clock (local time).
