Also, the logic of your question doesn't make sense.

How can Omega be Zero, if he's not Zero?

He can't, is the answer. Therefore, nobody what false logic someone throws out, it is a useless argument of nothing but cognitive dissonance.

If someone can be someone else, when they're not physically/mentally/emotionall­y that person, then that individual just played God.

Zero didn't lose his memory completely. Even at the end of Zero 1, he begins to remember the real X during his fight over Copy X. And at the end of the battle, seems to remember X completely.

We don't know that yet. Megaman (not any of the weird ones like starforce or battle net) has not developed that far into the storyline with the biometals yet.

And it actually looks like production may cease. Megaman ZX Advent; although got very many sales from the western continent, got very few sales from the eastern continent. And eastern sales are a much higher priority to Capcom then western.

Oh, I should also point out, that at the beginning of Megaman Zero 3, during the first stage, Zero finds Omega's cry very nostalgic. Saying that he's heard that cry somewhere before.

I would find this impossible for a fake who was made before those events to even remember anything at all. However, Zero still has his memory. And it's not light you can just directly copy memories from one place to another, and then somehow forget them before you even awoke.

is it just me, or does Omega second form look like a giant fusion of X and Zero from the X series? The blue right half has the arm cannon, and the red left half wield a giant sword in the background.

Omega's first form is prolly one of the simplest bosses in the series... His second form is where the fight really starts... Omega Zero, he can't really surprise you too much as only thing he can do that you pretty much cant is those pillars of light he shoots upwards...
