I am just wondering if the pool crowded population was the initial problem, why was that not told to the camp people at first instead of the racial comments coming out. The owners may not have came out and told those kids that but its highly believable the people at the pool said those racial things.

This entire Valley Swim Club incident is exactly why I live twenty-five miles outside of Filthadelphia (Philadelphia = coon city) in a Gated Community which is an Exclusive All White Enclave with a very strict NCA policy (No Coons Allowed). It is simple math, which of course coons can't decipher; no coons = no trouble. Valley Swim Club should have known that one does not allow "urban youth" (coons) into one's neighborhood.  Now they found the trouble that coons stir up wherever they go.

I do know the facts. This is breach of contract, plain and simple. Valley ADVERTISED for day camps to use their facilities. Creative Steps had a valid contract. Just days before another SUBURBAN (i.e. mostly white) day camp used their pool without incident. Creative Steps used the swim program as a selling point for their business, and was damaged by the cancellation. Refunding the money isn't adequate consideration. Duesler's remark about "complexion' is the final proof of bad faith.
