I play guitar since i was 14 and now i'm 23...i've started with maiden's songs, so i think they'r sonfs are good for a beginner, without solos of course...if you want then to improve your technique, you can do like me, when you feel ready and if you like them, try to learn some Dream Theater song...they helped me a lot to improve my style...
