Jim Zorn is a great man. the culture of the Redskin team will not be that of a wining team until a winning culture comes down from the ownership and team managers. Washington's owner should not be involved in the daily decisions of the team. The job of the owner is to supply the money to buy the talent and skills needed. I wish the ghost of Jack Kent Cooke would appear to show him. Hands off! Those were our winning years. Zorn lives quarterbacking. Flacko can perfect his skills.
