Why not have 2 inflatable sandswich with some hard insulation foam in between. I have used the foam to insulate my hot water pipes in my house and it only take 6oz can to do 40 feet of pipe the stuff foam's like crazy and hard as rock when it dry's with Kevlvar and hard foam nothing will puncher it.
