Perhaps it's best for mister Homme to go to his mother and reflect upon the damage that has been inflicted on his intellect, because it clearly wasn't with him at this moment.

It's to be expected that a (well known) artist has the experience, maturity and wisdom to know how to handle situations like these regardless of certain sickness, jet-lag or any other possible states of being in.
If I would've been in his position, I wouldn't have called this teen to come onto the stage which such contemptuous words, only to throw something into his face when he's being held back by guards.

@Sneeuwbaard You must take into consideration Josh was PROVOKED. If no one including the kid had thrown a water bottle at him in the first place this never would have happened. If the kid is old enough to get into a festival with other adults he should be expected to act like one. In this case throwing a water bottle is not adult at all. If the kid's going to be so childish Homme perhaps has the rights to act in a childish manner back.
