The animal arrangement for Lottie or w.e is actually different for me. It's really been ticking me off.

For me the rat is in the lizard pen, lizard is in the rat pen, snail is in the spider pen, and spider is in snail pen.

it stull yellow in the quest panel and then there is telling us we have to go to alkharid to get prize for quest... i get in the place where i can get it but there isn't enybody

Then you're not done with the quest because it should be green without going to Al Kharid. (Going to Al Kharid an enchanting it is just a bonus thing)
