  • People say 'animation' because 'cartoon' is insulting. I use animation ienral now

  • @Warsie It shouldn't be. Animation is animation regardless of country, style, or whatnot. As an animation student I don't care where the animation comes from as long as I like it.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer

Its used to distinguish Japanese Animation & Other Animation movies.

99% people in Japan speaks Anime instead of Cartoon.

99% other speaks cartoon instead of anime.

Its just like manga and comic.

Its the same but Manga refer to Jp comic.

And I find it really insulting for a Noob (mostly parents) to say cartoon instead of anime because i'd think they just think its a worthless kid show. But in reality it actually more like u said.

  • @UsamimiToMegane *more than just a kid show* like u said.

  • On episode 12 of gundam age......still wish it was dubbed but its awesome..^~^

  • @ macerickhunterdelta...thx dude

  • Actually I don't care if it it's kids show or not, I'm collecting all the damn action figures!

  • i think gundam age is pretty good, not a fan on the transforming gundams in this one but i like the fesigns and the characters and is it just be or do the people in this, the way their looks like the way leji mustmoto does his or just someone that a fan of his just copying his drawing style for gundam age?

  • I like to think that Gundam is more than a toy commercial. Or rather it is one, but with some pretty deep and mature themes attached to it.

  • @ryu289 That's what I've been trying to say. lol

  • @animeoverview.......don't think so....-_-"

  • @whyyoubroke - I'd say its her lost dude. Besides, if she broke up with you only for THAT very reason... then why bother having her around? A quick judgemental, close-minded (no offence to her) person is a lost cause anyway. Share this with someone who accepts you for watching stuff like anime/cartoons.

  • im not told anime is kids shows... im told " why do you watch all that porn?"

not kidding that's what some people think anime is ... and no i dont watch anime porn

  • @MrLightMatter Thanks. The reason i asked was because someone on the promo page was saying how funding was being cut from Age and it wasn't doing well. He fits the idiot description of this video. Age does have some issues but its still a solid series.

  • @Theanimeoverview......she broke up with me because she thinks anime is only for kids....but she loves family guy, south park, and futurama....-_-"

  • @whyyoubroke You're kidding right? Sure South Park, Futurama, and Family Guy (I'm a big Futurama fan) are for mature audiences, but has she seen anything outside of Pokemon?

  • Does anyone know how Age has been doing in the ratings recently?

  • @ReverieExodus 8.9 out of 10 in other words very good but some problems

  • I bought gundam candy when I was in middle school =D

  • I'm going to show this to my ex-girlfriend and her head will explode with anime knowledge......:-)

  • @whyyoubroke Why? What's up with your girlfriend?

  • Finally somebody understands what I have been saying for the past 10 years

  • seed sucked. "i mean something cause i sleep with a gundam pilot". shut up!!

  • (cont.) They should aim their products as a whole like they once were, not as a sum.

Superheroes should be for everybody, not for a few. Just like Gundam, Macross, Takatoku, etc. should be for everybody as you say if I read you right.

  • @Diakron79 Dude, have you seen the Marvel comics aimed towards kids like the Marvel Adventure series? Or Tiny Titans?

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer Yes I have, but I feel Marvel/DC shouldn't just aim their Superhero comics as separate pieces for separate demographics such as Marvel Adv. for kids, Squadron Supreme MAX for adults, 80s Squadron Supreme are for everybody, DC's Super Friends for kids while All-Star Batman are for adults with the minds of juvenile delinquents.

  • Gundam is the longest running anime franchise. I agree, you shouldn't complain about something that you haven't seen yet. All of the Gundam series are aimed toward all ages. Gargoyles (toon disney show) was a great example, I even bought the DVDs (sadly only season 1 and season 2 part 1 have been released) and it still has a great story, character development, and action even though I'm older - Xanatos, Demona and Macbeth are among my favorite characters in animation. Just saying.

  • And he'll, a lot of the stories and whatnot for everything, poems, novels, tv shows are really as deep as you want them to be.

  • Someone else on the fucking planet understands logic.

  • well i love the bgm of Gundam age so please don't say it's is worse Gundam series, i did agree what u said but remember there other people who love AGE.

  • First thought after seeing the art design of gundam AGE *What the f*** is this sht*

Impression of episode one *Hmm not bad at all*

Thoughts after finishing episode 13 *When the F*** does the next episode come out* T_T

  • What are your thoughts now that AGE is Eleven episodes in with only 4 episodes left for Flit's story.

  • lol this is agreeable, but look at the ratings we toss on everything... Originals from the origins is always rated one to two ratings higher then the original origin. We are so close minded in America

  • You forgot about Dragon Ball and the fact that a good chunk of the money that the series makes is from sales of games and collectables.

  • saw it blew me away

the only show i saw was wing growing up but this makes up for it as my 2nd gundam show

  • WELL SAID!!!! I'm a Gundam fan.my 1st was Wing but my favorite at the Gundam time of Toonami was Stardust Memory.Gato was awesome so was Delaz and Cima was sexy and dangerous. When Gato died that shocked me more than Wing ever did. Also 0080.When Bernie died and how they described the body that was shocking as well.A Gundam fan isn't a Gundam fan if you only like 1 or 2 shows.side note Seed fans sicken me because they never point out Stargazer.

  • I totally agree with you ..

people need to be more open .. and less ignorance.

  • Haha I like how you said

"Sheed and Dublo are teh best!!" lol

  • Your review just got better and better. I never usually agree with every point of a reviewer. But damn you were dead on with all your points. And evagalion not being that deep you got my fucking Thumbs up after that. I always tell ppl that the message the anime is sent

    A has been sent before

B If you don't understand it thats because your maturity of whats actually going on in the world is very low, Actually fuck it real life is a 1000 times more fucked up than eva.

  • Dude, you know u sound just like english shinji from eva?

  • DUDE!!!! I'm barely 4 minutes through your rant and I gotta say; YOU ROCK!!! It's about time someone put these anime "purists" in their place. Especially with your explanation of how anime is another word for cartoon. I'm gonna enjoy the rest of your video now. Thanks brother.

  • Man I wish some of the japen game were in english like all the gundams game

  • I'm watching it. its fun. :D u hate flit asuno ? Flit hate su too.

  • Wait, @AnimeOverviewer : Is the pic with the Shelf with the Gundam Models in it with the 00 logo in the Philippines? I usually see those shelves in SM/Robinsons.

  • Dude agree with you 100% i get bashed all the time beacuse i loved the 08th ms team and it gets very annoying.....fan boys are a bitch.

  • @eleventybigillion Seriously? Sorry man.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer Yeah and the comment i always get is "08th sucks its only 12 episoded long and it doesnt make sense"......like what the hell??? and then they reply watch 00 and wing!!!! i dont like those ones i respect people who like them but they are not my cup of tea.

  • @eleventybigillion wait? people give you a hard time about 8th MS team? who? how? that series was too sick!!!!

  • Bad news TAO, AGE looks like it's bombing

    Check out mechatalk and /m/

  • @INTERPK I did, but it's too early to say. The ratings of Episode 4 and 5 seem ti have been higher than the previous ones, and Chris did mention when Destiny aired, there were also Gunpla sales for that show early in it's run.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer theres a new animation of age the gundam age normal turns into gundam titus!! so badass

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer Is there any news about how its doing recently?

  • Comment removed

  • @INTERPK Dude /m/ has been all over this once the first episode finished.

  • @INTERPK Not really, They're just posting promos with Genoaces.

  • Wow you are one of the only other animation fans i have ever seen who parrots my views exactly.

I would like to see you talk more about Evangelion.

  • I kinda wish the Gundam and Sonic fanbases would take some lessons from the bronies. Like you said, so what if it's intended for kids, so long as it's still enjoyable.

  • @SevenSwordsExia - I'll stick with the "power-puff" fans.. lol

  • I am not rejecting or supporting whether or not Seed was intended for children or not. I am just pointing out that the time slot which it was aired on doesn't really say much. It's true that it may have been a time slot that was accessible to children but this doesn't mean it was intended for children. It just means that the person in charge of this may have thought this to be the case. The only people that know for sure would be the director/ writers.

  • You don't mind if I make a video on some thoughts and impressions of the first five episodes, as well as a response to the negativity that this show has earned before it released? I do want to do it in your format, but with a lecture at the end.

  • @GenerationX7 Be my guest.

  • When I first saw the video title, I immediately, and naively, drew conclusion that some whiny fanboy created it to express his over zealous thoughts. You, sir, have proven me wrong. Quite a good argument you composed, has this series already begun?

  • @darkxzero13 Yes in fact episode 5 is on the way.

  • Just hit it on the money so much. I love UC so much and also love Gundam Seed, I loved G Gundam, and I think the only Gundam I never really liked were X and Wing for specific reasons I'm not going to mention, AGE makes me lift an eyebrow but I will most likely still try to watch it. hehe

  • Oh wait, I thought this was some UC fan-boy bitching.

    You've proved me wrong.

    Good job sir.

  • Lol Gundam fan-boys being fucktarded like they always do. Like Gundumb wasn't targeted to kids since 1979. Or emo teens. Or in Wing's case, emo kids.

HAI GUYS MAI GAINT CRAYOLA SAMURAI ROBBUTS R SO GRITY AND REALISTK DUNT FAWK WITH GUNDA GUNDM SI SERIS BUISNES

  • dude...bless you.

  • Meh well Gundam seed wasnt nearly targeted for kids i mean they did beheaded tolle koenig , showed various up close bloody deaths of important enemies, shot mir and patrick zala, show kira getting dressed out of bed with a naked flay..

  • @naruto3k5 Yes it was. It was shown at a timeslot accesible to kids, and parents were complaining about the content. Which shows that Fukuda had no idea what he was doing. Regardless of the content though, different country, different standards.

  • After watching episode 4 I'm getting more excited for this series. Espcially since one character seems to know who the UE really are, so I can't wait.

  • prepare to see a mobile fortress in AGE. The ship looks like it can form a giant gundam.

  • @NGArodTAku I don't know. Alot of people keep saying that. I'm not sure if it's because of the color scheme, but alot of ships in Gundam have the red, white, blue, and yellow color scheme.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer well why not though right? macross is almost non-existent in this generation because of gundam anyways.

  • @NGArodTAku Well there's Frontier and Zero. But then those were never released in the States.

  • LOL well said and I love your AVGN/Nostalgia Critic approach XD

  • anime is japanese animation. why some people can't see that or hear it, is something I'll never understand.

  • @darksword101 I'll be the first to admit I was like that when I was around 14-15. But the only reason some people don't connect the dots is because they don't think about it or they don't want to. It's kinda awkward when you think about it. This Anime Overviwer nailed it on the head: Many anime fans get defensive when people attack their interests out of ignorance. No one likes to have something they love belittled-especially if the argument seems reasonably sound.

  • Great segment. Frankly bandai is seeing that video games draw a crowd that dwarfs Gunpla. So now they make a series from the ground up for video game marketing.

  • it is pretty strange that people say that Age isn't what Gundam should be as though they run Sunrise.

  • I wish I could Like this more than once. I think this video alone succinctly puts together every counter-argument against the people who dislike AGE.

I liked what I first saw of GundamAGE. I hadn't even been aware it was airing until this week, and I liked the first few episodes. I really do look forward to seeing where they take this show.

I remember people bitching about the suit and character designs in 00 (pink cardigan on Tieria, anyone?). There's whiners with every series.

  • @Tyrarl Yeah some people did not like the fact the character designs of 00 were done by Yun Koga creator of Loveless.

  • Your points are great

  • i've seen the first few episode of age and to be honest i've enjoyed it more than wing, seed, 00 all put together

and its true on how it refernce other gundams such as age ownlly starting out with a knife or the gundam having a self learning computor

also is it me or did the gundam in the flash back of episode 3 look like necrosen from warhammer 40k????

  • eh my biggest complaint is the super robot style mechas other that it not bad, now i cant say its the best gundam ever but its not half bad.

  • *seed made for kids* lol

Gundam Seed had some pretty mature content alot of which was censored in my country (which I didnt know of until I watched it online). But I'll admit, I was brought in to the Gundam franchise by watching seed. I assume those who started of their journey watching the alternate continuities are more tolerant of age compared to others.

  • @OverlordIX Doesn't change the fact that it's still a kid's show, especially since it aired on a timeslot in Japan where it was accessible for kids so parents can bitch about the implied sex, and out of place gore. There are a ton of cartoons and kids shows that have mature themes. Batman TAS, Justice League, Spawn, things that Japanophiles like to dismiss as being "for babies" because they're not overloaded with gore and panty shots.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer Thats true man! The good shows are the ones which both the younger and older audiences can enjoy for their own age groups.

  • I appreciate your mature & intelligent message to the immature, seemingly unintelligent, whiny knee jerk haters.

  • thank you ! you speak out of my hart !

  • i like your voice and accent. Reminds me of voice actors...

  • in one way and another this guy is rigth

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer I agree with your point of view 100% and hate all the immature gundam fans complaing but I got to say I liked the first episode of gundam age not the best but I like it I think of my self as a true gundam fan and other various anime but don't you think you were a bit harsh?

  • Amen Fellow Realist, I Watch(more that 3 ep) before I(become irate or) dis a show. Just like you said only, 80% OF PEOPLE don't use more than 2% of the 30% of our brain have. Many whine cuz they think Western, not Eastern values create all shows.

  • I have a rule of gaveing the DAME anime 3 epsodes chance at last

i alwase heat the days i judge the anime by it first EP

now i see kid judge the anime by it PV =__=

any way same kind of anime like GUNDAM take it time to show you how awasem thy are

madoka magica take 6 epsode befor it turn so awasem

School days take 11 epodes out of 12 before =___= you know

i only see epsode1 and i think it OK from these only ep it look not good

    but that anime need time

after all kids make dark story darker

  • My main grip with AGE so far is that it looks like they're messing with the broader meta-continuity AGAIN...

  • Having just finished the first episode of AGE, I say that I'm not too thrilled about it. I'm not put off by the character designs, an aspect I feel Crossbone also suffered to a similar degree, & I still enjoyed it. My main concern is that it felt too generic. Maybe I've just been exposed too often to Gundam over the years. And is it just me, or does anyone else think this feels like Nadessico?

Anyway, I would appreciate hearing your reaction but understand if you want it to run for awhile yet.

  • @IamMeHere2See It's only the first episode. I didn't think it was anything to get all excited about, but I'm interested to see where it is going. In my opinion, some people are jumping the gun by claiming things like "better than Seed and 00".

  • @PhalanxKnight

    2 episodes are out.

  • @ptbwf There was only one episode out when I posted that comment.

  • @PhalanxKnight

I could have sworn I watched both episodes that same day, but I could be wrong.

  • why was there moe on higurashi its not moe ITS SCARy though its isnt anymore in higurashi rei but still in 1 season they got killed about 10 times or somethiong like that and i dont care abot gundam being childish i still watch though im going to be 14 -__- i dont care what others say.but seed and seed destiny their both awesome and i watched 00 witch is awesome aswell :D

  • You have your opinions and I have mine. Enough said.

  • u make some good points anime overviewer its funny cause the 2 gundam series that got me started was wing and seed then after seed destiny i watched some old school gundam granted im a huge wing and seed fan i respect the originals and the only gundams i disliked was g gundam and sd gundam as for age im not gonna judge it til i see a couple of episodes then we will see it has to do alot to push me away to date i only have 4 anime series i dislike

  • I agree with much of what you said, but I've got to say while I didn't complain about Age I was concerned about the direction it looked like it was taking. I started with Wing during the Toonami days and have since gone back to watch all other new/old series/movies and enjoyed them all. My concern with Age stemmed from character design looking like something out of Yugioh and wondering if they'd be sacrificing story like that series does for card sales. I did say I'd give it a chance and I am.

  • @SkidTheSamurai you know what i had the same predispositions with LEvel 6 designing the characters like that. After seeing Episode 1 of AGE and picking my jaw up from the floor, im happy they took that direction.

  • @jocinondemhaterzmen I just had the opportunity today to watch the first episode and all of my fears have been blown away! This looks to be an amazing new Gundam series and I'm looking forward to more of it. Now that I've seen the characters in action I actually find that their designs are my favorite part and not at all what I expected from what they showed before. It all reminds me of After War Gundam X which I really enjoyed. Can't wait to see where this story goes!

  • 13:21 XD

  • @Kioneone1 You seem upset.

  • @Kioneone1 Take your own advice loser.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer And that comment from klonoe is WHY other people call anime fans nerds. And AGE is pretty good for craps sake! Even if it takes the Gundam Wing plot rush aproach when homaging 0079 thru CCA. Anyway i hope the Char clone is like an immortal cyborg that haunts the Asuno family for years or a family in the UE that wants to take down the Asuno's Hatfield and McCoy style.

And G-Gundam was recieved with outrage by UC purists EVEN NOW!

  • @aliastheabnormal all the rage is from westerners who grew up in the 90s watching wing and g gundam.

  • @blacksolar212 I grew up with Wing as well, truth be told i'm guilty of mixing up Char with Zechs. But ive got some bad experiences with fanboyism so. Besides i played Wind waker and loved it, same with Transformers animated.

  • @aliastheabnormal how exactly did you pull off confusing Char for Zechs...It's not as bad as mixing up Harry Ord for Iron Mask though

  • @blacksolar212 Well Char and Zechs do have similar masks. Zech's is simple, while Char's is more elaborate.

  • @blacksolar212 Because i didn't know about UC when i first saw Gundam Wing. Apparently it was more common than you might expect. Apparently there were two major Gundam fanbases in the US. The ones who saw the original VHS Zeta Gundam and 0079 back in 98, and Wing fanboys who joined the fanbase thanks to Toonami. 00 wasn't as big a hit as Wing sadly, so i don't think there was a major fanbase jump and SEED in the US came out quickly after 0079 got canned.

  • @aliastheabnormal wait...zeta was out on VHS o_o. Why did I not learn of this? 00 was shown on SyFy channel, so it didn't get as much attention naturally. Wing/G were on during the mid afternoon weekday timeslot, which could draw in alot of kids. They did the same with SEED and it worked, bringing back in the lost Gundam fanbase from the 90s since 0079, 08th, and 0080 were all on midnight run

  • @blacksolar212 You didn't know? Apparently that was their first attempt to do Gundam i think they also released CCA way back when, Also it seems that some of the people who bought the old stuff will NEVER let the younger base forget it.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer Take it from a burnt out former fanboy... Fanboys are fucking morons. That guy needs a fanboy destroying experience, maybe being stuck in a small room with Shinn Asuka and Kira Yamato bitching at each other for a week. That would DESTROY the nerdiest of nerds.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer dont feed that troll. rather, lets wait till the other billy goats arrive and we can proceed to trample it to death.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer

I loved the first episode bro!

The anime designs do not look like ever other series on the market. and the female characters are not overloaded with fan service!!!

oh and you'll love this. I can tell which characters are boys and girl (SEED)

  • @Salvysahagun dude Have to give you a thumbs up on that comment

  • This argument is so identical to the podcast, Gundamn. It's cool to see more people stand up against the mindless masses.

  • I dont really know anything about gundam age, so I wont know until I see for myself, then I'll give my opinion, if someone has seen an ep and tells me its shit, I wont just take his word, best to see it for yourself then agree

but yeah I understand what your getting at about gundam, gundam wing was aired in the UK and I didnt watch it at all, looking back im like "Damn why didnt I watch it back then?" XD

  • @XXBruceXXFlameXX yeah like you i completely ignored SEED when it came out, thinking it was a gundam show made for kids. THATS BECAUSE IT WAS! i was a kid well early teens back then, it was strange because i usually like gundam. How i take back everything today. SEED is ok. i just didnt understand the plot and what was going on back then, seeing as the series was already underway (missed probably first 14 episodes)

  • @jocinondemhaterzmen I didnt really find out about gundam seed until it was already out on DVD, I picked up vol 2 first and had no idea what was going on XD, then picked up vol 6 and just basically went out of order picking them up XD

  • This new Gundam series will be interesting to see how it goes. I agree with you on the fact that adults like cartoons as well. And the Japanese censorship is more lenient to children than America is... Their elementary school children will probably read The Hunger Games trilogy. It may be a young adult novel over here, but Japanese children are exposed to dark stories and gory violence. The Hunger Games trilogy has both of that.

  • my thing is can a kid grasp the concepts of gundam? imo no. there were gundam pilots over 18.

  • @grandmasterhack So? As I keep saying there were Gundam pilots that were between 13 and 15, dumbass. Are you just ignoring what I'm saying? If kids can get into Wing, they can get into all the other aspects of Gundam. Gundam isn't one thing, it's many things. Watch video 2.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer lol i didnt ignore what your saying, you ignored me: "there were gundam pilots over 18." then you responded with "As I keep saying there were Gundam pilots that were between 13 and 15, dumbass "have fun acting like a kid in this convo by getting upset over my opinion btw. gundam pilots over 18, you dont think they exsit? lockon? Shuuji Kurosu?

  • @grandmasterhack The age of a character has nothing to do with who the show is targeted towards. There are Gundam shows outside of 00. You do realize this right? I don't expect you to, but whatever.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer i never said anything about that i just stated that there were adult gundam pilots. i never said anything about you being wrong. why are you telling me there are gundam shows outside of 00? i've been watching since wing lol.

  • @grandmasterhack Except that a kid can work with a gundam. Kamille Bidan freaking made the designs for the Zeta, Kira REWROTE the OS for the Strike, Uso is the youngest and can handle the V2 Gundam, and Amuro did checkups on his gundam a lot as well.

  • @MisterHeroman i was talking about kids in real life....

  • @grandmasterhack Then that is even sillier. Gundam has always been a kids show. People who watched Wing and G on Toonami were kids.

Even if we talk kids under 8 or 9, it's still enough for them to take in.

  • @MisterHeroman lmao your funny.

  • @MisterHeroman lol you named wing XD . lol im sure kids talked about relena's ideal world of pacifism all day. i think your misunderstanding what i said earlier.

  • @grandmasterhack yep i was 9 and i shared the same views as Relena did. in fact i wished she was mine. never grow up. itll be the death of you

  • 00 had multi generations of gundam pilots & wasnt targeted towards kids lol... gundam had a lot more gundam pilots older than 18 dude.

  • @grandmasterhack No it didn't. It had a timeskip. AGE goes from Flit, who's kid will be Asem, who's kid will be Kio. Just because it has political debates doesn't mean kids won't like it. Plenty of kids watched Wing when it aired on Toonami. You're not giving these kids enough credit. Get your facts right.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer so are you saying they UNDERSTAND the politic debates fully? when i say it wasnt targeted towards kids you do understand that its my opinion and you're giving yours?

  • @grandmasterhack Again, you're not giving kids enough credit. The politics in Wing aren't exactly hard to understand. Same in 00. Kids aren't stupid.

  • Thanks for setting the record straight and calling out internet stupidity for what it is

  • gundam fans reaction toward Gundam AGE is the same reaction DMC fans had to DMC 5. Not much has been announced on both and fans to both are acting like morons.

  • ......why did you have to mention SD Gundam, I just forgot about that pice of shit just a week ago.

  • Chris, Neo and Soulbroryu have heard and they have recognized!

  • i fuckin love you. people like you need to be in power in the world.

  • some fan:OH NO! gundam has gone commercial!!

(I look at the massive ammount of 30th annivesary gunpla online)

Me:(sarcastically said) Oh yeah gundam just gone commercially it sure wasnt like that in 1979.

  • this guy knows how to preech it, hellz yea!!

  • Never liked the idea they were early teens. Still bugs me. I'm just really disappointed in how the animation looks now.

  • @FantomMind Animation or design? There's a difference.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer The design I suppose would be the correct word I was going for.

As a big fan of the model kits I was quite skeptical when 00 scans came out. But AGE's design just looks really funny.

  • I've already decided on watching Gundam AGE since preview. My end all argument is Gundam Seed Destiny was a travesty. A clip show of pointless melodrama. Kudos on mentioning Elfen Lied you totally hit that one on the mark. When I see that little kid version of this main guy in AGE, it makes me think of Ed and Al as kids in FMA, as in, its probably still gonna be violent. Or at least have seriousness of the standard Gundam show.

  • You sir have convinced me. Your logos was outstanding (your strongest point). Your pathos was impeccable and the only reason your ethos lacked was because this was the first video I had the pleasure of viewing.

  • don't forget EVangelion (massive nightmare fodder), Turn A (holocaust on a in our solar system and x( highest known deathtoll in gundam(99% of the human population in the intro).

also may i build a shrine to you?

  • I've never cared about what the target age of a series is as long as it is interesting/enjoyable. As some have said though, for this particular series the negative reaction is towards the animation style. I will give the anime a shot, but I just hope the plot doesn't lack as much detail (although I did think the enemy suits looked good).

  • 2:15 it was originally aimed at kids but if you pay attention tot he art style that boy who piloted the gundam doesn't look like a 12 year old.... just saying

  • @Erde04 Jesus Christ...Just because the main character isn't a certain age doesn't mean it isn't aimed at kids.

  • @TheAnimeOverviewer If you read exactly what i said "it was originally aimed at kids but....piloted the gundam doesn't look like a 12 year old." Never said it wasn't i aimed for kids simply said the main character doesn't look like a 12 year old. Take a look at what the Yu-Gi-Oh! franchises did to there new serious Zexal simply compare a dozen images from that and there previous one 5Ds and which would you prefer on the small amount of knowledge you can get, Same thing happening with Age.

  • SD isn't part of the gundam series it like a retarded off spring from who knows where kinda like marios, Dr. Mario it has the name but has nothing like mario...

  • @Erde04 If you're speaking of SD series in general, I'd have to say YES they are indeed part of the Gundam franchise and has always been from a very very long time. And there's a reason why they're still continuing it at this point...and that reason is because it IS part of the Gundam franchise.

  • @JunoUnit your right in the fact that its part of the Gundam franchise it does carry the name Gundam but i wouldn't put it in the same category of the rest of the gundam series SD to me is just a different Face to the gundam series, get what I'm trying to say.

  • 6:38 the same thing for soul eater

  • You deserve a standing ovation my friend. +1 internets to you, I subbed, liked, and would like to tell the other haters that IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT, DON'T WATCH IT. YOU ARE LOWERING THE VALUE OF THE GUNDAM FANBASE. WE ALREADY HAVE A BAD REPUTATION. Thank you and have a nice day.
